Inclusion & Accessibility

Below are some details on how Leigh & Emily, the Windy Pop Weekender team, and Cole’s Bar strive to create a welcoming, equitable, space and event.

Cole’s Bar Inclusivity Statement

Clean Air

Covid-19 and other infectious diseases remain a part of our reality. While a multi-layered approach offers the most protection, we aim to reduce the spread of airborne infection by partnering with Clean Air Club. For the entire fest, their air purifiers will be running in the music room and the bar.

Portions of the fest will be livestreamed, with recordings posted afterwards.

Diversity

We value diversity in all forms and will not tolerate harassment or discrimination. This includes any unwelcome or unfriendly words or actions toward anyone based on age, gender, gender identity or expression, race, culture, ethnicity, sexual orientation, language, national origin, education level, religion, socioeconomic status, size, and ability.

If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, please report it immediately to a member of The Windy Pop Weekender or Cole’s teams so we can address the situation.

ADA Compliance

Cole’s Bar is fully ADA compliant, including the stage. While Cole’s is not a seated venue, a limited number of chairs are available for accessibility needs. If you are joining us for Windy Pop Weekender and require a chair or have any other accessibility questions or requests, please contact us ahead of the fest.
